The Transit Cooperative Research Program is soliciting statements of qualifications and interest in TCRP Project J-8A, New Paradigms for Public Transportation: A Scoping Study. The objective is to conduct a scoping study on new paradigms for public transportation in the United States. This effort should consider the various forces affecting public transportation and propose specific actions, including research projects, to assist the industry and the communities it serves in coping with and preparing for change.
