The U.S. Postal Service is seeking sources that provide professional services in World Wide Web development. The contractor must be able to create static and interactive web presences using the latest web development tools including JAVA, Active-X, database, and multi-media. The contractor will develop and execute web solutions. Activities would include page organization and composition, HTML and/or PDF coding, graphics development, interactive code development, testing and implementation, and project management. The USPS may require single, specifically defined activities such as conversion of text in electronic or paperform to HTML or PDF, the creation of a given set of graphic images, or the creation of a form or set of forms with associated database. Deliverables will be developed to run on Sun UNIX Solaris 2.5 and Microsoft NT.
