The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Detachment Washington DC, intends to negotiate a two-party contract with Information Spectrum, Incorporated (ISI) for the purchase of database operations, maintenance and integration services associated with the Navy Visibility and Maintenance of Operating and Support Cost (VAMOSC) program. Annual labor utilization is estimated at 40,128 hours. A one year contract with two option periods of one year each, along with an optional, six-month extension (FAR 52.217-08 "Option to Extend Services,") is anticipated. A Justification and Approval for Other Than Full and Open Competition, Only One Responsible Source, has been prepared. This notice of intent IS NOT a request for competitive proposals.
