The work includes but is not limited to, the building demolition of existing concrete, concrete block, brick, and windows at the west side of Building 80 and the removal of existing glass & metal wall and doors at the front entrance of Building 80 for the construction of two Handicapped Accessible entrances, including ramps, railings, doors, concrete, steel, electrical work, lighting and any necessary appurtenances. The work also includes the renovation and upgrade of the restrooms in the lower level of the west side of Building 80 to ADA Handicapped Accessibility Standards. The estimated cost range: $100,000 -- $250,000. The SIC code is 1542 and the small business size standard is $17.0 million.
