This proposed contract action is for supplies for which the Government does own specifications and drawings. The principal medium which the Government will use for technical data transmittal during this procurement is the 4.75 inch diameter compact disk with embedded reader software. Windows 3.1, or Windows NT operating environment and a CD Reader are required. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves to the Contracting Officer, and provide supporting evidence which will permit their participation in the current or future solicitations.
