This announcement constitutes the only request for quotation; proposals are being requested and a written request for quotation/solicitation will not be issued. All specifications and literature is to be provided with proposal: Clin 1: Rotortuner-5 System, P/N 5410, microprocessor controlled, portable rotor track, balance, and vibration analysis system designed for use in first, second, and third line aircraft maintenance operations, on the ground or in the air during routine flights.
