The Billings Area Indian Health Service is looking for qualified contractors that can provide a ``turn key'' automated medical-patient management system. This system will need to include at least patient tracking, clinical practice (both inpatient and outpatient), medical records management, billing and collection, financial accounting and inventory accounting modules.
