Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to remove from the USUHS site in Bethesda, and to transport to specifically identified EPA permitted Treatment, Storage Disposal, Recycling Facilities (TSDRF)and to and to insure regulatory disposal of USUHS's hazrdous, acutely-hazardous, "regulated, and "nonregulated" material, substance, and waste chemicals. It is anticipated that a requirements contract for a base year and five one-year option periods will be awarded.
