The basic contract will be for a base work period beginning on or about April 10, 1997 through December 31, 1997 with one (1) optional work period. This is ot an invitation for bid. Size standard for small business concerns under Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 4492 is $5 million average annual receipts for the past three fiscal year periods.
