The scope of this project consists of furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to demolish and remove existing walls, doors, casework, etc. and mechanical, plumbing and electrical items in 20 military family housing units as indicated on drawing. Provide and install new walls, interior finishes, appliances, electrical fixtures, etc. The work shall also include new mechanical and electrical systems and tie into the existing systems.
