This is a brand name solicitation only, or equal bids will not be considered. Currently, this is the only model available specifically designed to be installed on fighter aircraft. This solicitation will result in a requirements type contract. This action is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns. The Standard Indust rial Classification for this acquisition is 3651. Intereseted SB concerns should notify this office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as early as possible but no later than 14 days after publication of this notice. If adequate intereset is not received from SB concerns, the solicitation shall be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice.
