Danner, Contract Specialist The United States General Accounting Office has a need to secure a contractor to provide an off-the-shelf retirement planning seminar. Each seminar will run for three (3) consecutive days with a minimum class size of 30 participants and a maximum class size of 35 participants. The contractor will be required to hold classes at the GAO Headquarters or other designated space in the Washington DC metropolitan area. The estimated number of seminars per fiscal year is three (3). The period of performance will be from October 1, 1997 or date of contract award, whichever is later, through September 30, 1998, with four (4) annual renewable options.
