Also the addition of other water valves in officer housing on the main lines to enable the Government to shut down half of the street instead of the whole street. This solicitation will be issued as full and open competition, project requirements will be made available on or about 31 Dec 96. The applicable small business size standard for interested small business concerns, including their affiliates, is not more than $17.0 Million in annual average receipts for the preceding three years.
