This is a notice of intent to negotiate with Kearfott Guidance and Navigation Corporation, a subsidiary of Astronautics Corporation of America, located at 150 Totowa Road, Wayne, New Jersey 07474-0948 on an other than full and open competition basis in order to purchase eleven (11) ISAHRS Mounts, P/N K600A214-02. The Government intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Kearfott Guidance and Navigation Corporation since the units must be exact replacement items. Delivery of two (2) units is anticipated on 14 March 1997; the remaining nine (9) units shall be delivered no later than 17 October 1997. Delivery is required FOB Destination to McDonnell Douglas.
