This is a brand name only solicitation, or equal bids shall not be considered. This solicitation shall result in an indefinate delivery indefinate quantity requirements type contract. Delivery time of the first eight recorders may be an evaluation factor. Price shall be an evaluation factor. This action is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Business (SB) concerns. The Standard Industrial Classification for this acquisition is 3651. Interested SB concerns should notify this office, in writing, of their intention to bid on the project as early as possible but not later than 14 days after publication of this notice.
