The contractor shall provide and secure construction, repairs and alterations to various facilities. The work includes furnishing all labor, materials, transportation, tools, equipment and supervision necessary to perfrom the work in accordance with the requirements of Delivery Orders for repairs, construction and alterations to various facilities.
