Marshall Space Flight Center -- Copies of the DRAFT RFP will be available by downloading from the Internet -- Prospective offerors shall not submit a proposal in response to this notice -- The purpose of this notice is to afford industry the opportunity to comment on any perceived issues with regard to the impact of Performance Based Contracting and to allow the Government to receive the benefit of industry comments.
