Work includes general construction, demolition, alterations and electrical work throughout all buildings. Work will consist of the installation of conduit, risers, raceways, Construction of telephone closets, telephone rooms, and ventilation systems. It will also include excavation, restoration, and installation of underground duct banks. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the plans and specifications. Completion Time: 180 calendar days. A $100.00 refundable deposit is required in the form of a cashiers check or money order for each set of plans and specs. Only one (1) set of Bid Documents will be issued to each proposed bidder.
