Gallons of off-spec 2190 TEP (LTL), MIL-L-17331H, NSN: 9150-01-372-6915, industrial oil, steam turbine (LTL-2190 TEP) MIL-L-17331H, bulk, a qualified product, at NAS Alameda, CA (500 gl) and DFSP Point Loma, San Diego, CA (7,805 gl). Product failed "foam" and "emulsion" tests. The Government is unable to use product because it is outside of our specification; however, product may be of some use to commercial contractors.
