The Morale Welfare and Recreation Department at the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division has a requirement for Sports Officiating Services for on-base football, softball, volleyball and basketball. Officials shall have current certification from the governing body of the sport they will officiate. They shall follow local and national rules and wear the proper uniform for the sport they are officiating. Officials should know all of the rules and regulations of the sport they will be officiating. A full Statement of Work will be provided in the solicitation.
