This procurement is a 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The services required include the provision of all labor, material, fuel and equipment necessary to provide shuttle bus, van and charter services. Shuttle bus requirements when ordered include routes at Naval Weapons Station Earle between Waterfront and Main Station areas with stops at Malls during after hours periods. Charter buses may be required on weekend days or for special events. Shuttle van services when ordered include routes between Main Station Areas and Fort Monmouth Patterson Medical Clinic. More than one bus at a time for each route may be ordered depending upon the service requirements at the time of the order. The contract term shall commence within 15 days of Notice of Award and end on 30 September 1997, with Government options to extend the term of the contract for additional periods.
