The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts has a requirement for contractor facilities, equipment, management, services, and support for the production and service of Bankruptcy notices and other materials for the Federal Bankruptcy Courts. The contractor shall be required to receive Bankruptcy case data in multiple formats using different media from each participating (approximately 300 nationwide) court location; produce Bankruptcy notices, letters, reports, and distribute Bankruptcy notices via U.S. Postal Service (USPS) Regulations and/or electronic transmission, in the cost efficient and timely manner. The contractor shall be responsible for the accuracy, readability, and quality of all Bankruptcy notices and other materials. The contractor shall comply with a 48-hour production cycle. The production cycle will begin at the time of retrieval of the Government output (from each court location), by the contractor, to the time of delivery of the completed notices to the USPS or the electronic transmission to the entity. The contractor will also be required to maintain historical data relating to notices processed for the life of the contract and periodically produce reports relating to the data. Award may be made to up to two contractors. The resultant contract(s) will be awarded for a base year, with potential for nine (9) one-year options to extend. The resultant contract(s) will be a fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract(s). There is currently an incumbent contractor who is not prohibited from completing under this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered.
