The contractor shall furnish all labor, management, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, supplies, and transportation necessary to perform grounds maintenance services for U. S. Navy Family Housing in Guam in accordance with the specified requirements. The services are to be performed under a combination Firm, Fixed-Price and Indefinite Quantity type contract. The contract term will be for a period of 12 months with 4 option periods. Estimated cost range is for base, plus options, is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
