The belts are identified by Habasit Belting and Siegling America and are the only acceptable sources of supply. A firm fixed priced award contract will be awarded from the solicitation. Delivery will be FOB Destination to the Materiel Distribution Center, Topeka, Kansas. Delivery will be scheduled for 9-8-97. Solicitation will be issued on or about December 27, 1996 and offers will be due on or about January 27, 1997. Requests for solicitation must be in writing and Zip Plus-4 in the address is required.
