The Military Sealift Command has developed a draft solicitation for the operation and maintenance of Eight (8) Newly Constructed Large, Medium Speed Roll-on/Roll-off (LMSR) vessels. It is anticipated that the period of performance will be a firm period of three years with two (2) one-year options. The successful offeror will be responsible for providing personnel, operational and technical support ashore and afloat, provisions, and supplies necessary to operate and maintain the eight LMSR vessels.
