The solicitation will be for packaging and logistic related technical assistance for food commodities procured by Commodity Credit Corporation (CCC) under domestic and foreign food assistance programs, export sales programs and commodity price support programs. This procurement action is authorized by 41 U.S.C. 253(c)(1). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals, however all proposalS received within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government.
