(334) 255-1231 (Site Code DABT01) Furnish all labor, equipment and materials to provide interior painting, floor refinishing, floor replacement (hardwood), gypsum wallboard replacement, kitchen countertops replacement, wood facing, baseboard, HVAC duct installation, accordion door relacement, ceramic tile, wall tile, and base replacement. There will be Government Furnished Property included in this project. The contract period consist of a Base Year (12 consecutive months from the contract award date) with two, one-year options.
