US means the 50 states and the District of Columbia. The successful offeror under this solicitation agrees to manufacture the items being procured under this contract, within the US. For use on the Mortar. FOB is Destination. All or part of this action is an unfunded FY97 requirement. Proposed contract is a 100 percent small business set-aside. The proposed action will include a 100 percent option. In order to receive the above solicitation and TDP, an executed non-disclosure, non-use agreement is required.
