These modules will be utilized in the fabrication of the New Electronic Equipment Cabinet for the SP-24 Navigation System. Delivery is required FOB Crane within 60 days of award. This procurement is being processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures on a sole-source basis to Radstone Technology, 50 Craig Road, Montvale, NJ. This requirement must be satisfied on a sole-source basis due to proprietary data possessed by Radstone and the requirement for the module to reside within and be an integral part of the SP-24 Navigation System. It is anticipated that an oral Request for Quotations will be utilized. FAR Part 12 does not apply; see note 26.
