These modules will be utilized in the fabrication of the New Electronic Equipment Cabinet for the SP-24 Navigation System. Delivery is required FOB Crane within 60 days of award. This procurement is being processed under Simplified Acquisition Procedures on a sole-source basis to MIZAR, Inc., 2410 Luna Road, Carrolltown, TX 75006. This requirement must be satisfied on a sole-source basis due to proprietary data possessed by MIZAR and the requirement for the module to reside within and be an integral part of the SP-24 Navigation System. It is anticipated that an oral Request for Quotations will be utilized. FAR Part 12 does not apply; see Note 26. All responsible sources may submit a quote which will be considered by the agency.
