The objective of this contract is to have the new piping, electrical and condensate drains installed to the two (2) new locations first, then to install and bring on line the new 11 ton Liebert unit on the south end of the Control Center first. After this unit is up and running, the temporary units can be removed and the demolition of the existing 20 ton Liebert unit and associated equipment can commence, as well as the installation on the north end of the new 6 ton unit.
