Repairs required include replacing rotor assembly bearings and related parts, reassembling, leak testing, and startup. Contractor will also be required to replace oil, dryers and seals. Government will remove and replace refrigerant. The work site is located at Building 7205 (Triangle Chiller) on Keesler AFB, MS. The magnitude of this proposed construction is between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. Project requirements will be made available on or about 16 Jan 97.
