The records will be box in terminal digit order, inventoried, labeled and shipped in accordance to VA Regulations. This will be a one-time procurement only of perpetualization of inactive medical records. A copy of the inventory will be made available to the VA Medical Center in the form of a computer diskette in ASCII format upon completion of work. Solicitation packages are available.
