Valovcin, Phone (703)604-0757 The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate a modification to the Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (TUAV) ACTD contract with Alliant Techsystems, Inc., Hopkins, MN. Under the proposed modification, Alliant will provide a second set of Ground Control Equipment (GCE) and will extend the reception range of the Remote Video Terminal (RVT). Alliant is the only known firm with the requesite knowledge and skills necessary to perform these efforts in time to meet the first "Outrider" system delivery scheduled for May 1997.
