58 -- HIGH FREQUENCY 1 KW ANTENNA COUPLERS AND COUPLER CONTROLS SOL F04611-97-R-0001 POC Contracting Officer: John Adair, (805) 277-3900 xx2230; Contract Negotiator: Judy Gayler, (805) 277-3900 x2245 The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Collins Avionics & Communications Division of Rockwell, Cedar Rapids Iowa, unless responses to this synopsis reveal other sources capable of satisfying the requirement. The government requires six Collins High Frequency Probe Antenna Coupler Systems (PN: AT-107B). Each systems consists of 1 each Antenna Coupler (PN: 180R-17B) and 1 each Coupler Control (PN: 309A-17). Interested contractors must submit clear and convincing documentation that fully defines their capability to meet the requirement.
