70 -- PROJECTION SYSTEM SOL F41691-96-Q8039 DUE 012197 POC POC: Carolyn Tappin (210) 652-5187, Contracting Officer: Beth Passmore (210) 652-5187 Install a complete, operational projection system in the HQ AETC/SG conference room at Randolph AFB TX as a turnkey project with all parts operational, supported, and warranted. This hardware as part of the system will be installed in a rear projection room (approx 10 ft x 35 ft) to a glass window that is viewed in the conference room. Provide a test to ensure all equipment is able to project audio-visual formats from a computer input, video cassette recorder, overhead projector and other types of audio-visual equipment through this equipment and controlled by the user with a control panel. Projection system is to include at least the following hardware: 1) BarcoData 808 data projector Model # 90-02039, 2) RE-350 video visualizer Model # RE-350, 3) VHS hi-fi recorder/player Model # AG2540, 4) MM Audio/video wireless package to include: AMX control system w/softkey remote audio control and all programming, 30 watt amp mixer w/appropriate inputs, four 70 volt speaker assemblies w/backcans and trusses, wireless RF keyboard and mouse, 5) Extron RGB109 Plus Model # 6009601 OR EQUAL (0365)
