The Naval Research Laboratory intends to procure software development, implementation and integration support for the Microwave and Millimeter-wave Advanced Computational Environment (MMACE), Phase III Research and Engineering Framework. Provide system enhancements for the development of 2D and 3D capability for the design, analysis, and simulation of vacuum electronic devices, validate interaction of framework and tools, provide training and support necessary for MMACE user community.
