Provide registered nurse practitioner services at the Coast Guard clinic located at Ketchikan, AK to authorized beneficiaries from that area. This solicitation will result in a non-personal services contract and medical liability insurance coverage is required. Contractor will work weekdays during hours established by the Clinic Supervisor, normally a minimum of 40 hours per week, 780 hours maximum in the base year and 1950 hours maximum in each of the option years. Period of performance for the base period will be 01 May 1996 through 30 Sep 1997 with two option years. The RFP will be issued on or about 18 Feb 1996.
