A contract is required to provide Closing Agent services in connection with Single Family HUD-acquired properties under the jurisdiction of the Fort Worth, TX Office of the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The contractor shall provide real estate property sales closing services for the area as follows: the Greenville, TX area, including, but not limited to, Hunt, Grayson, Fannin, Lamar, Delta, Hopkins, Camp, Titus, Red River, Bowie, and Franklin Counties. One closing office shall be established in Greenville, TX. The contract will be issued for a basic contract period of one year with four (4) one-year option periods. This will be an indefinite quantity, firm fixed price contract. All responsible sources may request a solicitation by letter directed to the above address.
