Work consists of demolition and renovation of the interior and exterior of Dormitory 762, Malmstrom AFB, MT, to include door and window replacement, installation of new standing seam metal roof (fascia) suffit system, installation of exterior stucco system, stairwell repairs, upgrade living rooms and kitchen areas, upgrade and repair interior and exterior utility systems and site improvements to include landscaping and irrigation system. The performance period is 450 calendar days. Invitation for Bid will be issued on or about 24 Jan 1997. Bid Opening will be on or about 24 Feb 1997. The acquisition is open competition for large and small business in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. Only written request for the solicitation will be considered.
