year, firm fixed price, indefinite quantity contract is contemplated.
The first year order quantity, 102 each, will be FOB Origin to
Texarkana, Texas, with delivery of 12 each by 270 days after contract
award and subsequent monthly deliveries of 10 each. All offerors must
meet prequalification requirements, to include engineering testing, in
order to be eligible for award. Firms are encouraged to seek source
approval in order to compete for this or future solicitations by
submitting documentation in accordance with the Competition Advocate's
Shopping List (CASL) procedures. The proposed contract action is for
supplies for which the Government does not own specifications or
drawings and acquisition is restricted to Allied Signal Engines, 111
