The Technical Representative's location will be USCG Aircraft Repair and Supply Center, Elizabeth City, NC. This contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate only with the original equipment manufacturer, AlliedSignal Engines, Phoenix, Arizona, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. All data and specifications necessary for the technical representative to provide the required services are proprietary to the manufacturer. The Coast Guard does not possess and cannot supply the data.
