U -- EDUCATION AND TRAINING SERVICES SOL DAAA08-97-R-0503 DUE 030597 POC Contract Specialist Julie Gartz (309)782-8588 (Site Code DAAA08) The Rock Island Arsenal is soliciting proposals for the administration of the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) test to high school students in the geographic areas of: Baltimore, MD; Louisville, KY; Portland, ME; Los Angeles, CA; Okahoma City, OK; and Spokane, WA. Requirements include but are not limited to: supervision of testing sessions, compliance with test administration procedures, proper forwarding of answer forms to the Military Entrance Processing Stations (MEPS), maintenanc of proper test security, and the proper completion of various forms as they relate to the student testing program. The contractor shall provide a project manager, test administrators, monitors, and the storage and distribution of all test materials for test administrators use. A favorable national agency check is required for all Contractor employees. HQ USMEPCOM will be responsible for scheduling the test sessions,supplying all test materials, and scoring the answer forms. The period of performance is 12months, including an additional 6 month option period. An indefinite delivery indefinite quantity type contract is anticipated.
