The Government's obligation under this contract is contingent upon the availability of appropriated funds from which payment for contract purposes can be made. The work also includes providing new bituminous paving, bituminous pavement overlay, concrete curbing, concrete paving, pavement striping and markings, storm sewer, roof drains and inlet structures, traffic and regulatory signage, re-setting of site utility appurtenances, site amenities, landscaping, lighting, water line extension and new fire hydrants and incidental related work.
