It is the Bureau's belief that Hibbitt, Karlson, and Sorensen, Inc., 3900 Newpark Mall Road, Suite 205, Newark, California 94560 is the only firm capable of providing this software license based on the fact that this firm possesses unique knowledge of ABAQUS as the developer of the software. This is not a formal solicitation. However, concerns that respond shall provide detailed data concerning their capabilities and may request to receive a copy of the solicitation when and if it becomes available.
