Advanced Warhead Technology, an advanced warhead technology, is
available for consideration for use in the upcoming Follow-On to TOW
(FOTT) Engineering, Manufacturing, and Developing (EMD) program. By
releasing this information, the Government is neither encouraging or
discouraging the use of this technology. Access to this warhead
information is restricted to potential FOTT system capable U.S. prime
contractors or contractors with teaming arrangements, as defined by FAR
9.601 Contractor Teaming Arrangements, with potential FOTT primes. In
addition, contractor must meet both the physical and personnel security
requirements. Release of information is limited to firms who possess a
SECRET facility and appropriate personnel security clearances. The
physical security requirements require that any contractor requesting
information must possess, or have the ability to obtain, a SECRET
Facility Clearance. Once the point of contact (POC) below has
determined the contractor status to be that of a bonafide primeor team
member, the contractor shall identify a tentative area to work,
discuss, and store the advanced technology warhead information.
Contractor shall also identify to the POC no more than 10 individuals
per contractor who will require access to this information. Personnel
security requirements require individuals to have United States
citizenship and possess a SECRET security clearances with the United
States Government. After a contractor has met the bonafide prime or
team member criteria, detailed security requirements will be provided
to a contractor representative who meets the personnel security
clearance level identified above. Each interested contractor shall
contact Mr. Dan Parker, 205-876-4201, no later than 30 days after
publication of this notice, with written justification on compliance to
the prime or teaming arrangement and a list of identified personnel
requiring access. All physical and personnel security requirements
shall be completed no later than 90 days after supplemental security
