The project will include removal of existing steel windows and detention screens, the installation of new aluminum double -- double hung units with thermal and insulated glass panels. The insulated glass panels will be Low-E with laminated safety glazing on the inside. The project will include all necessary demolition, installation safety precautions, clean-up, painting, caulking and insulation. The new work shall meet all applicable VA criteria, codes and Life Safety Codes. This advertisement for A/E Services is set-aside for small businesses. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 8712, and the Small Business Size Standard is $2.5 million as an average annual revenue during the last three complete years. Interested small businesses that are qualified, and meet this criteria must submit a Standard Form 254 and 255 to the Contracting Officer listed above by close of business (4:30) on January 17, 1997. This request for Standard Form 254 and 255 is restricted to small business A/E firms located within a 150 mile radius of Coatesville, PA.
