C -- INDEFINITE DELIVERY INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT FOR ARCHITECTURAL AESTHETIC DESIGN, RENDERINGS, CADD MODELING, INTERIOR DESIGN, SITE PLANNING AND LANDSCAPE DESIGN SERVICES. POC Tom Brockbank (Project Manager) 912/652-5212. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: A-E Services are required for aesthetic architectural design, CADD modeling, rendering preparation, and site planning. This will be an indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract and it is anticipated to be awarded in February 1997 and be completed in February 1998. This contract will consist of a base ordering period and two option periods, each period not to exceed one year, for a total of three years. The ordering period will be for one year or whenever the Contracting Officer determines the ordering period is over and any dollar amount not consumed by task orders issued during the ordering period may be carried over to the next ordering period. The total of all task orders during each ordering period may not exceed $166,000. Individual task orders may not exceed $166,000. The total amount of each contract over the three year ordering period may not exceed $498,000. This announcement is open to all firms regardless of size. 2. PROJECT INFORMATION: A-E aesthetic architectural design services, rendering capabilities, CADD modeling, including CADD video presentations, and site planning/landscaping services are required on military construction and civil work projects primarily in Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina, but could include projects throughout CONUS. The drawings will be prepared using graphics created via Intergraph Microstation 32 or Micro/Station PC (4.0) or better. 3. SELECTION CRITERIA: See Note 24 for general selection process. The selection criteria are listed below in descending order of importance. Criteria a-e are primary. Criteria f-g are secondary and will be used as "tie-breakers" among technically equal firms. a. Specialized experience and technical competence in: (1) Aesthetic architectural design (2) Preparation of project renderings (3) CADD modeling and CADD video presentations (4) Interior design (5) Project site planning & design (6) Landscape architectural design b. Past performance on DoD and other contracts with respect to cost control, quality of work and compliance with performance schedules. c. Capacity to accomplish multiple simultaneous task orders and provide staff in the following disciplines: architectural & civil engineering, interior design, landscape architecture, and a CADD modeling specialist. Please disregard the "to be utilized" statement at Block 4 of SF 255 and show the total strength of each discipline. d. Professional qualifications of key management and professional staff members. e. Knowledge of locality as it pertains to local construction methods used on projects under Savannah District jurisdiction. f. Degree of participation of SB, SDB, WOB, HBCU or MI as prime contractor, subcontractor or joint venture partner. g. Volume of DoD contract awards in the last 12 months as described in Note 24. 4.
