The Albuquerque Area Indian Health Service intends to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) on or about January 10, 1997. The proposed Personal Services contract is to provide Nursing Services through a Licensed Registered Nurse or a Licensed Practical Nurse to adolescents twenty-four (24) hours per week at the New Sunrise Regional Treatment Center, Acomita, New Mexico. The services are integrated with the overall program services to residents who are being treated for substance abuse and corresponding mental health. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The proposed contract will be for a base year with four (4) one year options. The proposal due date shall be 30 calendar days from date the RFP is released.
