Services shall be provided for Three (3) buildings and four (4) trailers located at the Dept of Veterans Affairs Medical Center at 800 Poly Place, Brooklyn, New York. Services shall include but are not limited to the following: cleaning of interior windows and glass, walls and partitions, floors, light and lamp fixtures, bath/toilets/shower curtains, ducts, louvers, door grilles, radiators & fans, ceilings, floors, metal surfaces and waste receptacles. Also included remove, clean & rehang draperies; floor stripping and refinishing; some furniture moving. Services shall be performed during the hours of 8:00am thru 4:30pm at some locations and "after hours"(4:00pm thru completion) at other locations. The applicable SICC is 7349.
